How often have you been using digital financial services?
As we can see in these distributions for the Control and Treatment group, about 80% of the respondents use DFS sometimes, often, or very often (76.7% for the Control group, and 83% for the Treatment group).
Men seem to use DFS more often, with 37% saying they use them 'Often' or 'Very Often', as opposed to 33% for the women.

What did you learn?
Over half of all respondents said they did not learn anything new about DFS. Other answers included how easy it is to make transactions; how to get a loan; and learnings about locked savings accounts.

Over a third of the respondents said they didn't learn anything about saving and spending new since the last visit.
A lot more respondents in the treatment group answered that they learned about saving and DFS (21.3% vs 13.3%).

Over half of the respondents reported they had no trouble with DFS since the last visit. This is 52.2% for the treatment group, and 61.1% for the control group (a 8.9% difference).
Also notable is the relatively large number of network problems and delays people experience with DFS.

What would you like to learn about DFS?
When people are asked if they'd like to learn about DFS the majority of respondents in both groups indicated they wanted to learn.
The answers were so varied that they couldn't all be coded.
A sizeable portion (47 of the 184 respondents, or about 27%) indicated there was nothing they wanted to learn about digital financial services. Specific things respondents want to learn include various Mpesa functions, how transactions work, DFS functions in general, and more.
How much do the respondents save and loan through these services?
On average, people in the Treatment group have a balance of 723 Kenyan Shilling in any DFS (calculated by subtracting their reported loans from their reported savings). People in the Control group have a reported balance of 1349 Kenyan Shilling. The total average is 1152 Kenyan Shilling.
As we can see in the bottom 2 graphs, most people have a balance of 0, or between 0-1000 Kenyan Shilling.
